HP for Your Best Work — Corporate Technology Event in Cairo

HP for Your Best Work Cairo was a corporate technology event featuring HP, Intel and Asma Group. Hyper Sonic Egypt delivered the visual presentation environment for the event, combining large-format display technology, vertical branded screens and digital product demonstration areas.

The project was designed to create a consistent visual experience across the conference stage and the product showcase area, allowing technical presentations, product information and HP branding to work together as one integrated event environment.

The Event Requirement

Corporate technology events require more than a single presentation screen. Speakers need a clear visual platform for detailed technical content, while attendees need to see product information and branding from different positions throughout the venue.

For this event, the visual system had to support keynote presentations, product demonstrations and brand communication while maintaining the clean HP visual identity across the room.

The HP for Your Best Work Cairo event required a coordinated visual environment that supported presentations, product demonstrations and brand communication throughout the venue.

Large-Format Presentation Display

A large central display formed the main presentation surface for the event. It was used for keynote sessions, technical presentations and product-related content, giving the audience a clear view of detailed information from across the conference space.

The wide visual format also created a strong stage presence and provided a professional background for speakers and presentations.

Vertical Branded Displays

Supporting portrait displays were positioned around the main stage area to extend the HP visual identity beyond the central screen.

These vertical screens helped create a unified presentation environment and allowed branding and supporting visual content to remain visible during different parts of the event.

Product Demonstration Area

The event also included a dedicated demonstration area featuring HP and Intel technology. Digital displays were integrated into this space to support product information and live demonstrations.

Visible event content included HP ZBook workstation solutions, HP Poly video solutions and HP Protect & Trace with Wolf Connect.

Integrated Event Technology

Rather than treating each screen as a separate piece of equipment, Hyper Sonic Egypt approached the project as a complete visual system. The main presentation display, vertical screens and product demonstration displays were coordinated to support the event content, branding and audience experience.
